Mind Matters offers secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth appointments for patients who prefer to be seen remotely. To receive telehealth services, you must be physically located in a state where Tara Callow is licensed at the time of your appointment.
Telehealth is currently available to patients in:
New York (NY)
New Jersey (NJ)
California (CA)
Colorado (CO)
Florida (FL)
Illinois (IL)
Virginia (VA)
Important: Your physical location at the time of the appointment — not your home address — determines eligibility. Patients located outside these states cannot be seen, even temporarily. If you are traveling, please notify us before your appointment.
In-Person Visits
Our Staten Island office is located at 1360 Hylan Blvd., Staten Island, NY 10305, inside the Spine & Pain Institute of New York. The office is wheelchair accessible with on-site parking.
